2. Voting rules

  - Each person can only vote once (hence the
    requirement of name and e-mail address).

  - You don't have to vote in all competitions.

  - Contributors to the competitions are allowed to
    vote, and vote for their own contribution.

  - There must be three nominations for each compo
    you vote in.
